Música Techno Plata Reserva High Proof

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: The nose has nice aromas of bright lemon and lime zest along with fresh cut agave and white pepper. Theres some zesty vegetal pepperiness. There are some nice alcohol vapors too. Taste: The viscosity is nice and oily. The agave is upfront and dense. The caramelization brings a nice sweetness. Finish: After the bold cooked agave a nice vegetal pepperiness kicks in and ligers nicely. Overall: This is a well balanced and layered blanco with great mouthfeel and a decent finish. This one is meant to be sipped and enjoyed by connoisseurs.
